You can’t say you hate brussel sprouts until you have tried this recipe! The brussel sprouts are crispy, salty and so good! It's a one-pan, easy, mess free side to make.
Don’t knock it till you try it- this is my favourite way to eat brussel sprouts! I've even used this recipe to convert some brussel sprouts haters in my life!
-brussel sprouts, halved lengthwise
-salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
-balsamic glaze (optional)
Preheat your oven to 425 F.
Slice the brussel sprouts in half and toss them in a little olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bake for 25-30mins, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and grate Parmesan cheese over top.
